The software
DataPenny is released under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later. That license sets out what you can do with the code. Nothing here limits the rights it gives you.
The software comes without warranty, as the license says. You’re responsible for running your own install, for your Cloudflare account and its costs, and for following the privacy rules that cover your site.
DataPenny Cloud
Cloud isn’t available yet. Joining the waitlist doesn’t create a contract or a commitment by either side. Prices and limits on this site are plans, and they may change before launch. Cloud will have its own terms.
This website
You may use this site for its intended purpose. Don’t attack it, overload it or try to get at anything that isn’t meant to be public.
Other products and trademarks named here belong to their owners, and are named only to describe compatibility or to compare. We aren’t affiliated with them. Comparison pages are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown, and those products change.
Liability
